  • We carefully package your order to ensure your items arrive in good condition.

  • Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive your order and contact us within 2 days if there is any damage to your item(s).

  • We will refund only your damaged item(s) once we receive your return. 

  • Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

  • When returning your order, you are responsible for all shipping costs and need to ship within 4 business days.

  • Please include your receipt. If you are shipping an item for return, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless we can track it. Certify work for the full value with "tracking". 


  • International customers, please note: all international sales are FINAL. We can not, under any circumstances, process exchanges or returns for international customers at this time. 

Refund Policy


  • Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days of approval, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

  • For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed when your return is received by the warehouse.

  • While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
